Donovan

I'm not a huge Donovan fan, not as much as my wife. But Last night we were able to weasle our way into a show he played with only about 250 in a little room. It was pretty awesome.


Also Rodriguez, from the movie Searching for Sugarman, which I bet we will see in theatres very soon, was pretty awesome. His story is pretty much unbelievable.

I think this is my favorite commercial I have seen in a very very long time.

Apparently this commercial has been banned in Zimbabwe, where they actually have Nandos. I think that was probably expected.

Melancholia

I watched Melancholia this weekend. I'm not ready to talk about it yet, but I re-watched the Prologue on Youtube



It's pretty incredible.

Also, inexplicably this turns up in the related videos. Not sure why but I am glad it was there. A;so, I really need that record player they use at the beginning. NEED.

I still cannot find a scene in a movie that makes me cry quicker. Man I remember exactly how it felt to watch this as a four year old.


My wife is sick and tired and lying in bed. This is how sad I am that she is sick and sad. :(
